AMBOSELI NATIONAL PARK

This is a 392 sq. km park with a spectacular background of Africa's highest peak; Mt. Kilimanjaro which broods on the southern end of the park. Game are easy to spot in this park and you stand the best chance of seeing the black rhino. Amboseli also has a large concentration of elephant and such other game as lion, buffalo, gazelle, cheetah, wildebeest, hyena, jackal, monkey, Masai giraffe, zebra and baboon. Game are seen on much of the route to the park, which crosses archer plains where Masai tend their cattle in an age-old tradition. DAY 1: NAIROBI / AMBOSELI:
Depart at 0930 hrs and drive south through vast Maasai country, Via Namanga Border town then on to Amboseli National Park. Picnic Lunch is served enroute. Arrive in the camp late afternoon and settle down. Time permitting, proceed for a short game drive to see Rhino, Giraffe, Lion, Elephant and many more with Mt. Kilimanjaro (Africa's highest peak) providing a beautiful background. Dinner and overnight at the camp.

DAY 2 : AMBOSELI:
Early morning game drive from 0630 hrs before breakfast. Return to camp for breakfast and thereafter proceed for another game drive until lunch. After lunch, proceed for yet another game drive. Dinner and overnight at the camp.

DAY 3: AMBOSELI / NAIROBI:
After breakfast, leave camp for the last game drive and return journey to Nairobi. Picnic lunch enroute and arrival Nairobi in the afternoon.
